Content Ratings

• All Ages: Suitable for all audiences
• R-15: May contain mild violence, suggestive themes, or language
• R-18: Adult content including explicit sexual content or extreme violence
• Always rate your content accurately
• Failure to properly rate content may result in removal or account suspension
• These ratings apply to both works AND marketplace products
• Users can filter marketplace products based on their rating preferences

Prohibited Content

• Content that violates local laws or regulations
• Real-life illegal activities or instructions for illegal acts
• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent
• Spam, malware, or phishing attempts

🤝 Community Conduct

Respect and Civility

• Treat all community members with respect and kindness
• Constructive criticism is welcome; personal attacks are not
• Respect artists' creative choices and boundaries
• Do not harass creators for updates or specific content

Collaboration and Credits

• Always credit collaborators and contributors properly
• Do not claim others' work as your own
• Respect collaboration agreements and roles
• Communicate clearly with circle members and collaborators

Marketplace Products

• Products must accurately represent their content and quality
• Product files must be complete and functional
• Pricing should be fair and not misleading
• Do not upload malicious files or corrupted content
• Honor pay-what-you-want pricing in good faith
• Product ratings must be accurate (same as works)

Digital Products

• Ensure you have distribution rights for all product content
• Do not resell or redistribute others' purchased products
• Download keys are for personal use only
• Report broken or fraudulent products promptly

⚖️ Artist Responsibilities

• Ensure you have the right to post all content you upload
• Respond to legitimate copyright concerns promptly
• Keep your artist profile information accurate and up-to-date
• Do not manipulate views, follows, or engagement metrics
• Report bugs and security issues responsibly
• Ensure marketplace products are complete and functional before publishing
• Respond to product support requests from purchasers
• Update product descriptions if content changes significantly

🚨 Enforcement

• First Violation: Warning and content removal if applicable
• Repeated Violations: Temporary suspension (7-30 days)
• Severe Violations: Permanent account termination
• Appeals can be submitted to platform administrators
• We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion

📧 Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Contact platform administrators through the reporting system
• Provide specific details and evidence when possible
• Do not engage in vigilante justice or public shaming
• False reports may result in penalties
