Introduction

This Content Policy outlines what types of content are permitted on our platform and the standards we expect all users to follow. Our goal is to maintain a creative, respectful environment where artists can share their work while ensuring the safety and comfort of our community.

The purpose of this site is to provide a platform for English-speaking artists to share their original works and derivative works based on existing properties.

Generally-speaking, we aim to host work that fits the following criteria:

  • Independently-produced
  • Produced by fans or groups of fans.
  • English-language
  • Produced originally in English for English-speakers.
  • Otaku subculture
  • Inspired by the aesthetics, themes, and appeal of Japanese anime culture.

Works that do not fit these criteria may be removed.

Allowed Content

Original & Derivative Works

We welcome both original creations and derivative works (doujinshi, fan art, fan fiction) based on existing properties. When creating derivative works:

  • Clearly indicate the source material in your work's description
  • Do not claim derivative works as completely original
  • Respect copyright holders' explicit requests regarding fan works
  • Do not use official artwork without proper attribution

Age-Rated Content

We support creative expression across different maturity levels:

  • All Ages: Content suitable for general audiences
  • R-15: Content with mild violence, suggestive themes, or language
  • R-18: Adult content including explicit sexual material, graphic violence, or disturbing themes

Important: You must accurately rate your content. Misrating content, especially failing to mark adult content as R-18, may result in content removal and account penalties.

Accurate Tagging & Rating

Proper tagging and rating helps users find content they enjoy and avoid content they don't want to see:

  • Use the appropriate age rating for your content
  • Add relevant content warnings in descriptions (violence, sexual content, etc.)
  • Tag your work with accurate genres and themes
  • Don't use misleading tags to gain visibility

Respectful Descriptions

Work descriptions, comments, and profiles should:

  • Be respectful and professional

  • Provide accurate information about the work

AI-Generated Content

If your work contains AI-generated elements:

  • Clearly disclose AI usage in your work description
  • Specify which parts are AI-generated vs. human-created
  • Do not present AI-generated work as entirely your own creation
  • Ensure AI-generated content complies with all other policy guidelines
